  This is a lovely house with a great pool just 250 m from the beach and close to all Captiva village has to offer. We have rented many times on Captiva over the years and this was one of our favourite homes. The one drawback was that there was an electrical fuse on the second floor that continually blew out leaving one of the bedrooms and hall with no power. It was addressed by AMRC by allowing us access to the fuse that continued to trip but not permanently fixed for the duration of our stay.
