*Bayside Villa 5322 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo directly on the bay front in South Seas Island Resort. A large community pool with furnished patio is adjacent to the building, along with a hot tub for your enjoyment and the Bayside Marina is just beyond. 5322 is located in the top two floors of Bayside Villa 5000. A deluxe gas grill and picnic table are located next to the building and just at the mouth of the marina channel, so you can watch the boats come and go.

 Bay Front unit in a gated resort community, directly on the bay, magnificent views, interior all freshly re-done.
 3 bedrooms (King, Queen & 2 Twins) 3 Full bathrooms
Occupancy 6 persons
 Large shared pool. Many resort amenities (golf, trolley, restaurants) may not be available to our guests, air mattress available. Elevator is currently unavailable.

All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee
and  $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments
(excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded.
After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.

  This unit was great! We had 4 adult women and the 3 bed, 3 full bath unit was perfect. The location was great. We are all walkers and were able to walk everywhere - beach, shops, dinner.

  While staying there the hotel gave us the option of not needing to drive far to go to many things we wanted to do. The room we stayed in was spacious and was really easy to be able to fit 5 people which was hard to find in other hotels. As well as they have almost any appliance that you would need which saves space and money when traveling. The rooms were also super clean and they stocked us with enough towel including beach towels which was great to be able to have to just take when we would go to the beach. And to top it all off the view was amazing.

  We loved our vacation in Captiva! The unit was very clean and well-equipped, however, the appliances were old and subpar. The washing machine got stuck on the spin cycle on several occasions. The toaster only toasted the bread on one side! The refrigerator took quite a long time to cool down which was concerning since we brought so much food. We appreciated having lawn chairs to use at the beach, unfortunately one of them was broken. With some updating the unit could be top- notch.

  We recently stayed at Bayside Villa. We had a great stay. The villa was well equipped and spacious with beautiful water views. We enjoyed water sports at the marina, walks and sunsets on the beach. There is a strip mall within walking distance with shops and a fabulous restaurant.
