  We got at our condo Monday afternoon and had just settled in . The elevators weren’t working yet so we had 4 flights of stairs to climb with all our luggage and groceries! So we were exhausted ! Soon after we had a maintenance man knock on our door telling us it was leaking under our condo . So to tell a long story in short form we had to find another condo , not the owners fault ! We had AirBandb help and the owners gave us a full refund ! Also a real-estate lady came and helped us find another condo next door . The condos were both really clean and updated beautiful! We had an ocean view but still had to drive to the beach. We ended up absolutely enjoying the rest of our stay !

  Nice unit with a great view. Not able to enjoy balcony much as weather was cold, but would have been a beautiful place to sit and enjoy. :) A few more supplies would have been appreciated, such as salt & pepper and more toilet paper. Had to spend $15 for 6 rolls of toilet paper. Ugh.

  We really enjoyed being within walking distance to everything, nice pool and beach. It was great to be near the marina with a pretty view. The condo is small but nice to have 3 bed,3 bath. Kitchen small but decent enough to cook a meal. Screened in porch nice. There were a few maintenance issues but the owners were nice and the condo maintenance staff fixed them quickly.

  We had a great time at South seas. There is not the membership to get into the the north pool (water slides, cabanas, etc) but, we ended up at the beach both days and went parasailing 🪂 and had a blast. The condo has spacious bedrooms and was clean.
