Sea Grapes

Sea Grapes is beachfront in a great area of Captiva Island. It’s quiet and not densely populated here, yet still quite convenient to the Captiva Village center with its shops and restaurants. The house is very spacious and enjoys a nice beachfront patio with a dining area, plus an open sun deck directly overlooking the beach. There’s a private hot shower outdoors – great after swimming!

Sea Grapes has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the main level is the primary bedroom (king bed) with an en-suite bathroom including a step-in oversize shower with a glass door. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and shares the guest's full bathroom with a tub shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms (one with a tub shower and one with a step-in shower). A pleasant sitting area has a mini-bar with a fridge, and a quiet nook facing the beach is perfect for reading.


All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked through third-party platforms.

Policies include but are not limited to credit card/debit card convenience fees and cancellation fees.

  Sea Grapes is a beautiful home with wonderful views of the water! The island is peaceful (even in the midst of all the clean up from the hurricane). I can see how the island will be restored & cannot wait to see it! We enjoyed our week at Sea Grapes & will definitely be visiting again!

  Absolutely breathtaking view of the gulf from the home/back deck.
  The home was very clean and large enough for 8-10 people with the 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed being able to grill out as well! Awesome location to The Mucky Duck and the main strip of Captiva! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again next year;-)
