Relax among peaceful, natural beauty and enjoy the shared pool. The cottages are ground-level for easy access, and the shops, restaurants, and activities of the Captiva Village are about one minute’s walk.

These cottages are undoubtedly the best value on Captiva Island, offering an outstanding waterfront location and clean, comfortable interiors at a bargain price. They are perfect for extended-stay couples, naturalists, and larger families and groups (rent several cottages).

Smart TVs ( 50 inches or larger) are located in both the living room and bedroom of the cottage!

Captiva Cottages provides beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your day at the beach!

Parking is limited to one car. The dock is now available for use! Please call for rates.

Minimum Stay-Nightly Rental
All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee
and  $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments
(excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date,
no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.

  What a wonderful location and beautiful bungalow which was plenty big for two. We met so many nice people staying an extended time who were all so friendly. The bungalow had everything we needed and so nicely decorated. My only complaint would be the bed and I’m not one to complain. It’s either the mattress or the frame but not enough support for the both of us. We would love to stay again in #3 if they could change the bed out. You have a gem of a property!

  Our stay at Captiva Cottages could not have been more perfect. It started with Morganna, the rental agent. She was so helpful and friendly. Since this was my first time visiting Captiva, I asked about restaurants and things to do. She gave us great recommendations for food and activities. We followed almost everything she told us. The Cottages are absolutely adorable. Located a short, easy walk from the village with shops and restaurants and the beach for sunset gazing. I was concerned about cleanliness because of Covid, but the place was spotless! The grounds are very well kept, even the outside gas grill was clean. It was quiet and peaceful. The cottages are built right on the bay side. I loved drinking coffee in the morning and looking at the water view. We had an amazing getaway and I know I’ll be back.

  Have stayed at Bayside Cottages for many years. American Realty staff has always treated us like family. Many improvements this year. Very clean and kitchen stocked well. Washer and dryer in the room now and nicely decorated. I actually left one of my knives there last year and they saved it for me! So happy to have my knife back. Old Florida feel is what we want when we come to the cottages.
