Captiva Cottages are eight vacation cottages on landscaped grounds, right on the water facing Pine Island Sound. Relax among peaceful, natural beauty and enjoy the shared pool. The cottages are ground-level for easy access, and the shops, restaurants, and activities of the Captiva Village are about one minute’s walk.

These cottages are undoubtedly the best value on Captiva Island, offering an outstanding waterfront location and clean, comfortable interiors at a bargain price. They are perfect for extended-stay couples, naturalists, and larger families and groups (rent several cottages).

Smart TVs ( 50 inches or larger) are located in both the living room and bedroom of the cottage!

Captiva Cottages provides beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your day at the beach!

Parking is limited to one car. The dock is now available for use at $75 per night.

All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include but are not limited to credit card/debit card convenience fees and cancellation fees.

  This rental was a nice property at a great location. Walked out your door to a view of the pool and the water. Able to walk to the gulf and to numerous restaurants and stores. No need to use a vehicle once it’s parked!!

  In January of 2020 my sister and I made reservations to stay at the Captiva Cottages through American Realty Group - We choose Cottage #2 based on the colors, etc. - It had that Key West appeal!! Then COVID came to all of us and we were unable to travel - American Realty Group along with the owners of Cottage #2 were more than gracious and honored our reservation until the following year at no additional cost to us - Thank you!! In the past we have stayed at the South Seas Resort which is beautiful but lacking in the old Florida feel which we were looking for - It is just too busy. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable - It had everything you needed if you were staying for a couple of days or a couple of weeks. The location is superb - From Captiva Cottages you can walk to some of the best restaurants around and not have to worry about parking (Doc Ford's, Mucky Duck, Key Lime Bistro, Green Flash to name a few). During the day you can browse around at unique shops on the island, walk to the beach which was right down the street, sit by the pool or down by the sea wall and sip your morning coffee and watch the boats go by. A great getaway for my sister and myself after not seeing each other for over a year. Would highly recommend - Will definitely go back!!

  Very quaint place. The unit is small, but that was not an issue with us at all. The full kitchen with its nice supply of cookware and tableware was perfect for the two of us. We cooked there our entire stay. I love this part of Captiva because the vegetation is so lush. It feels like your on some South Sea Island. The 30 foot coconut, royal and traveler palms are so dense, you cannot see the building on the next block! Very romantic getaway.

  We have been coming to Captiva Island for over 40 years. Bayshore (formerly Nai Li) The cottage was very clean and in good condition. Next time more than 1 roll of toilet paper and more than one garbage bag for kitchen. Not a complaint just a suggestion. The pool and dock were great. Great location. Walking distance to restaurant, Bubble Room, Island store, Otters, Ice cream and pizza. what more could you want. I would like to see the green grass grown back near the pool and around the grill area. Dock good for a boat and fishing off of in the evening. On 4th of July you could see fireworks in all directions across the bay and from South Seas display from the dock. Good time was had by all as usual. Once you come and see and do, you may not want to go home.
