With its location right in the Village Center you can easily walk to everything you need, like world-class restaurants, unique shops, and fun activities. And the famous Gulf of Mexico beach is an easy walk down the sandy lane.

Captiva Hide-A-Way#2B is unique and was redesigned with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (walk-in showers, beautiful tile). The top-floor unit is very private and offers wide, unobstructed views over the bay (Pine Island Sound). What an amazing beach house feeling: dark wood floors, bead board, and 20 foot ceilings! The delightful kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances.

  The apartment was very well equiped, everything was lovely and comfortable, the view from the balcony was fabulous, we saw dolphins everyday. The pool was nice and warm and there were always plenty of sunbeds to use. It was nice to walk to the end of the jetty and sit with our coffee in the early morning sunshine watching the pelicans and osprey whirling in the sky and fishing boats setting out. The apartment is cerntrally situated for all the Captiva amenities, 5 minutes to shops and restaurants, 7-8 minutes to the beach. The only annoyance for us was the noise from the neighbouring Captiva Cottages but large parties with children are to be expected at this time of year. Glen was on hand every day making sure everything was perfect and American Realty were responsive to emails so overall highly recommended.

  Beautiful location and best Sanibel/Captiva we have ever rented. Unit was well appointed and everything worked. Upon arrival, could not find the Wi-Fi password. A quick call to maintainence and problem solved. Glen and Alison introduced themselves to us, and they kept the pool, dock, and grounds in great shape.
