Captiva Hide-a-Way is a modern multi-family residence on the Pine Island Sound waterfront. Every one of these spacious modern homes has a beautiful view of the water. With its location right in the Village Center, you can easily walk to everything you need, like world-class restaurants, unique shops, and fun activities. And the famous Gulf of Mexico beach is an easy walk down the sandy lane.

The large, heated pool with a furnished patio sits right on the water’s edge. This fine set is just about the best anywhere. Here’s a nice bonus: you can arrive for your stay by boat! We’re just off the Intra-coastal Waterway. Please call us and we’ll help make arrangements for you.
The dock is currently not available for use.


All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

  This was our family’s sixth spring break at Captiva Hideaway. The property is meticulously maintained. The grounds and pool are beautiful and the on-site property manager is very pleasant. Unit 1B felt extra clean when we arrived this year. The kitchen is well appointed, the sheets are soft and the furniture is comfortable. The view from the porch over looking the pool and bay is second to none. Captiva restaurants, shops and the beach are all within a short walking distance. It is our family’s happy place and we can’t wait to return next year!

  Always nice to stay at this condo with a beautiful view and in walking distance of everything! I was disappointed this year that the large blind in the LR didn't work, but all in all it's a great retreat!

  Like a nature show out our back window (screened porch) & just beyond the patio/pool: Manatees, porpoises, pelicans, osprey, plus boats coming & going. A nice alternative to the beach, which is just a few blocks away.

  We stayed in Captiva Hide A Way 1B. The unit itself was so nice. Perfect size, clean and nicely decorated. The condo was also in the perfect location. Walkable to all the restaurants, walk right out to the pool and short walk to the beach by Mucky Duck. My only advice or complaint would be maybe advise people before hand or the somewhat strict pool rules especially if you are renting to a family. The pool rules specially state things like “no Marco Polo and no screaming” “no eating on pool deck” as a family with small children it was kind of exhausting to have to constantly tell our children to be quite at the pool. I understand no loud parties or something like that, but maybe the company should think about just not renting to people under a certain age if they don’t want kids.
