Situated just steps from the beach on quiet Wightman Lane in the desirable Captiva Village area, the 2492 square foot house was completed in 2012, then beautifully decorated and furnished for your comfort.

Everything about Casablanca del Sol is state-of-the-art. You’ll love the gorgeous stone and wood floors, the granite and marble, and the 10-foot ceilings. The home is arranged on three levels: pool & patio, main level (living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and one bedroom), and upper level ( primary suite, plus guest bathroom and two bedrooms).

In addition to the pool sun patio and shaded area under the house, Casablanca del Sol offers four full-length porches. Two are on the south and two are on the north. The main level south porch (shown left and right) is furnished and makes an excellent place to have morning coffee, read a book, or share a game in the fine Captiva weather. The primary suite has its own private porch overlooking the pool and back yard.


All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include but are not limited to credit card/debit card convenience fees and cancellation fees.

  The house was very clean and within walking distance to everything we needed in Captiva. Maintenance requests were followed up promptly. We were very glad that the house came with beach chairs and towels. The Keurig was not working, but we made pots of coffee. Great stay and will come again!

  We had a wonderful visit. The house was lovely. In a great location and well outfitted. In particular the pool and its deck area were fabulous. We also enjoyed the southern facing decks. Management company was a dream to deal with - very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this house for adults and older children.

  We had a great time at the home. It’s beautifully done inside and out.
  
  Kitchen great, had nearly all tools, utensils, necessities. Huge Pantry is great. (Bring Tupperware & Sharp Knives).
  
  All bedrooms very nice, tall ceilings throughout the home. All bathrooms very nicely done and large.
  
  Some suggestions but not complaints: AC unit needs to be increased to a higher capacity to cool the upstairs better, the unit itself doesn’t seem large enough for the entire home. A small toilet at pool level would be great.

The house is always spotlessly clean and in impeccable condition. American Realty is extremely responsive. We one minor maintenance issue during our stay which was fixed immediately.   Upon arriving we were extremely happy with our vacation house. The house was beautiful, perfect location, close to the beach and in the center of Captiva shopping and restaurants. Our only problem was that the stove was not plugged in and the hot water tank needed to be replaced. The stove was fixed immediately and the hot water tank 24 hours later due to a poor, unprofessional, management company. It took several phone calls and eight emails to resolve the issue of not having hot for water for an entire day. We were eventually refunded for the inconvenience.
