  Visited end of Dec/beginning of January and the pool was always warm enough to swim at all times of the day and night. The house is beautiful and has three separate sleeping areas with 3 bathrooms, which was perfect for our family of three married couples. Easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants (Boop’s for ALL the desserts!) We also enjoyed the farmer’s market on Tuesday right down the road. We had to postpone our trip two years after hurricane Ian, so we were incredibly happy to finally get there.

  The house was very clean and within walking distance to everything we needed in Captiva. Maintenance requests were followed up promptly. We were very glad that the house came with beach chairs and towels. The Keurig was not working, but we made pots of coffee. Great stay and will come again!

  Kitchen great, had nearly all tools, utensils, necessities. Huge Pantry is great. (Bring Tupperware & Sharp Knives).
  
  All bedrooms very nice, tall ceilings throughout the home. All bathrooms very nicely done and large.
  
  Some suggestions but not complaints: AC unit needs to be increased to a higher capacity to cool the upstairs better, the unit itself doesn’t seem large enough for the entire home. A small toilet at pool level would be great.

  This was our fourth stay at Casablanca del Sol. The house is perfectly set up for a vacation with our three children and one set of grandparents. The house is always spotlessly clean and in impeccable condition. American Realty is extremely responsive. We one minor maintenance issue during our stay which was fixed immediately. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

  Upon arriving we were extremely happy with our vacation house. The house was beautiful, perfect location, close to the beach and in the center of Captiva shopping and restaurants. Our only problem was that the stove was not plugged in and the hot water tank needed to be replaced. The stove was fixed immediately and the hot water tank 24 hours later due to a poor, unprofessional, management company. It took several phone calls and eight emails to resolve the issue of not having hot for water for an entire day. We were eventually refunded for the inconvenience.
