Just Beachy

Just Beachy is a bright and charming house directly on the beach, with a fabulous yard. The driveway and east grounds are landscaped with mature trees and a lawn (unusual for Captiva). On the west side, it’s ALL about the beach! Sea oats and tropical dune plantings offer some privacy for the amazing white-sand yard in front of the house. This large area includes palms and whispering pines, sun lounge chairs and a tiki-style thatched-roof table. The house has two sundecks facing this magnificent scene: one with umbrella-shaded dining table and sun lounge chairs, and the other right off the master bedroom with an enclosed “beach” shower with hot water. To sum it all up, this is Just Beachy!

Inside is a beautifully-furnished living room with two sofas and big flatscreen TV (HD service), a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table (both with beach views), a large screened lanai with beach view, and three nice bedrooms. The master has a beach view, king bed, closet and dresser. The sliding glass door opens onto the private deck for the master bedroom: toast here in the sunshine, step right out to the beach, or sit at night and gaze up at the starry sky while the surf adds its enchanting rhythm.

One guest bedroom has a king bed, closet and dresser. The other guest bedroom has two twin beds, closet and dresser. Each of the three bedrooms has its own flatscreen cable TV.
