  I love this house. The landscaping is lush, providing great privacy. The home was clean and well appointed. The pool was better than the pictures convey. The management company was very kind to courteously remind me of payments. When you book something six months out, you can easily forget things. They were very patient and courteous.

  This was not our first stay at Bauhinia, but it may have been the best yet. The house suits our family of four. We love the pool, the proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc., and of course, the sun!

  This property was perfect for us!! It was extremely clean and homey. There were a couple of issues dealing with plumbing that were resolved immediately by the maintenance whom were very polite and respectful. We will be renting again!!

  This was our second time renting this house. We love the house, location, and amenities, and of course the weather! What's great? It's clean, accessible, and very well equipped for a stay if you eat in, or eat out. Beds are comfy. Plenty of room. We love the pool! The pool area screen door latch was broken - it was fixed very quickly.
  What could be improved? Kitchen lighting is kind of dim. We purchased a frying pan because the ones provided were worn. 3rd bedroom has not TV. Pool area had many spiders and webs.
