  This is a Gem of a neighborhood in Captiva, Fl. This house exceeded expectations. It was updated, clean and just perfect, especially with first floor bedroom. The house was just across from the community pool, tennis and pickle ball court and a short walk to the beach. The screened in porch was surrounded by tropical foliage and was cozy and inviting. The house was well stocked and beach supplies plentiful, along with a beach cart! it was nicely landscaped and the outdoor spaces were appreciated - under house, multiple balconies, and screened in porch. Kitchen was up to date.

  House complex extremely clean and tidy, pool area spotless and always checked on by maintenance crew multiple times a day, bbq’s cleaned every morning, house that we rented was perfect, issue with sliding glass door and was promptly dealt with, also any supplies that were running out of for our two week stay was replenished immediately, I really can’t say enough about all the crew that works on this property, they were amazing!

  Had a great week in SC#16. Very nice, clean and well appointed. I wish they used digital door locks instead of keys as only one key was initially provided although we got a second one on Tuesday from the office (office was closed Saturday evening when we arrived and didn't open until Tuesday because of the holiday). Our A/C stopped working on Monday afternoon (holiday) but got in touch with Albert at American Realty and he managed to have technicians there within an hour to repair it. Would definitely rent with them again!

  Great stay. More room than described. 3rd bedroom is a loft with two twin beds. Only two full baths, not 2.5. Kitchen was fully stocked for all cooking, baking, and serving needs. Large screened porch with large sun deck above. Perfect location for minimal walking. Centered between the beach and town center. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, sand toys available. Management made for easy check in and out. We hope to return to the same home in the future.

  The pictures do not do this home justice! I have to admit I was jealous of our friend's rental because it was so much nicer in the pictures. When we arrived we were all pleasantly surprised at how nice 16 really was.
  First off, the cleaning crew does an excellent job. I am a germaphobe and I didn't feel the need to wipe everything down like I usually do. This place was SUPER Clean and even smelled clean!
  
  Next, this place has everything you will need! We brought a bunch of stuff thinking we would need trash bags and toilet paper etc but we highly over packed! Maybe just 1 extra roll of TP and Paper towels and you will be set. Oh and some Fabric Softener if you need to do laundry.
  The beds and bedding were VERY comfortable, so much so that my husband and I want to buy that mattress and comforter!
  The rental came with - Dish Soap, Paper Towels, A Sponge, Some Laundry Detergent, Toilet Paper for both bathrooms, spice rack, beach towels, Bath towels, wash clothes etc, there are even beach chairs, floats, beach toys in the little shed downstairs. And Games for Family game nights!
  
  We had an issue with the guest room Closet Door and the Rental Management Company had someone out there to fix in pretty quickly.
  
  We tried to book this place to come back to next year but it was already booked. It will be hard to top. We loved it here and would stay in this rental again!
