Lazy Palm !!!!! A beautiful home located in “The Village” area of Captiva, walking distance to the Beach, shelling, water sports, restaurants, shops and more. It is on a quiet little lane with spectacular views of the Bay. This house has it all – large and luxurious, but comfortable and fun, with ample space for everyone (sleeps 10). An elevator services all living areas for your convenience.

The large wrap around decks, the 4th level crows nest, with fabulous views of the Bay and Island, and the large game room are just a few of the treats you will experience with this fabulous house. The large recreation room leading to the pool and patio area features a flat screen TV with cable, a 12 foot shuffleboard table and a foosball table, a bar seating area, a queen sleeper sofa and a large full bath.

The open floor plan makes a great space for the living room with fireplace (sorry, fireplaces are not available to guests), the dining area and a large beautiful, modern kitchen with a wrap around breakfast bar. Open the french doors to the large lanai and dine or relax overlooking the large patio area with a heated spa that waterfalls into a fabulous pool. The patio and bay-side 2nd level porch is screened for your year-round enjoyment. Sun, swim, BBQ, or just relax in this great space (Baby fence available).

  Lazy Palm was the perfect property for my adult families with 4 grandchildren! The property is exquisite with a wonderful pool and hot tub! To top off the trip, an osprey landed on the crows nest for excitement! Loved all the magical sunsets from the 4th Floor. The Imwalles, Cox and Bloom families.

  My siblings and spouses brought our Mom who is 83 to this beautiful home. The owner has thought of EVERYTHING! The elevator was wonderful for our Mom, the location is superb and close to everything and the kids and adults loved the pool! This will not be our only stay at The Lazy Palm and are hoping we can make it an annual trip. Taking the golf cart nightly to see the sunset was the absolute best part of our family being together. The owner answered all questions promptly and we felt like family while staying in her home. The decks, the lanai, the views? Unbelievable. Making a trip to Jensen's Marina at high tide to see the manatees was also priceless. The bikes and beach gear were a huge bonus! Riding bikes before dawn to see the moon on the water on one side of the island, then going to the other side to see the sunrise - absolutely amazing and gorgeous. This home does not disappoint and we were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for 10 of us! Every convenience you can imagine. Thank you Kathy for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We will be back!

  Our stay at Lazy Palm was everything we wanted. The home is large and well equipped. The pool and hot tub was beautiful and very much enjoyed when we weren’t at the beach. The golf cart made travel around the community so easy and fun. The management company helped us with a few details that we needed. Overall, this was our second trip to this home and it did not disappoint!
