Aqua View is a spacious, modern home near the bay, with a large heated private pool (43 feet long). The beach is an easy walk down Laika Lane, and the Captiva Village Center with restaurants and shops is only a block away. The huge upper-level screened lanai wraps across the east side of the house: enjoy fresh breezes and views out over the bay. This is a great place from which to watch sunrises, ospreys, and boats…

The dock is now available for use at $75 per night.


All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include but are not limited to credit card/debit card convenience fees and cancellation fees.

Plenty of room for five adults and so conveinent to everything in town. The pool and hot tub also provided a wonderful end to each day when coming back from the beach. We hope to stay again!

  Everything was great. We had 2 concerns coffee maker did not work, American realty's maintenance were their in minutes & brought a new coffee maker .   3 adult couples stayed and we had plenty of room. Loved downstairs condo area. Great maintenance staff, had to call twice for 2 small issues and they were immediately fixed. Only suggestion would be to add bedside tables to BOTH sides of all the beds. There is nowhere to put your phone, glasses etc if you get the side without a table. Clean & great location. Already booked another stay.

  House was perfect for two families with teen kids. Location was perfect- few minute walk to shops or bay and beach was about 10 minute walk with beautiful tropical flowers and trees to enjoy and much shade.
  House had a great screen porch, plenty of seating and space. It was very clean and wood definitely go back again. The outdoor pool, ping pong table and screen porch is where we spent most of our time when home.
  
  As for suggestions would benefit from larger trash can on bottom floor, pool cleaned during week (wind/ rain brought in leaves etc), and would be great to have baskets or addition large containers for prepared food, fruit or snacks etc.

  We had a great stay, property just needs some TLC. Both screen doors downstairs need replaced, toilet seat was missing a hinge downstairs, blind fell off in the master bedroom. With that said, awesome house, awesome location, and awesome view!! We had a great stay and we would stay at Aqua View again.

  Aqua View is very comfortable and good layout. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable, both are quite large. Short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Grill was out of propane. Dishes need to be replenished.

  Aqua View is in a prime location - close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The house is bright and airy with a lovely view of the bay. the living room and kitchen area are comfortable and well stocked. The pool and hot tub area is private. Our kids swam every day and played ping pong poolside. A suggestion for improvement is the quality of the beds and the showers. The beds were squeaky and not as comfortable as other homes we've rented. The shower curtain liners in both bathrooms were very long and needed replacing.

  We love staying in Aquaview. The renovations look great and the house was very clean! The layout is good for us, as the downstairs is a huge carpeted space where the teenaged kids can hang out, play ping pong by the pool and perfect the outdoor ring toss. I love that they always bust out the board games while we're there. I set up a puzzle on one of the outside table on the screened-in porch upstairs. That's a dreamy spot with a beautiful view of the bay. The house is in a great location, a quick walk or bike ride to almost everything we like...the beach, The Island Store, Mucky Duck, Captiva Cantina, Captiva Provisions, Doc Fords. There were nice beach chairs in the closet downstairs and even a rolling cart. Lisa and Alan at American Realty were very helpful! Hope to be there again soon. Thanks!

  Spectacular sunrises over the sound have always been the attraction for me staying at Aqua View. Doc Ford's Rum Bar and Grille close by has excellent food. Hats off to their chef! The Bubble Room known for it's delicious desserts never disappoints. The beauty of the tropics walking down Laika Lane with it's entrance to the beach through the foliage archway opening takes your breath away each and every time you walk out and view the colors of the gulf. Not to mention the fantastic sunsets on the beach after a wonderful family day in the water and shelling.
