Welcome to beautiful Captiva Island, Florida, and paradise! The lovely Sunset Captiva #22 vacation rental home is located in the private, quiet, community of “Sunset Captiva” across from the pool and the beach boardwalk. The community is centrally located on more than 6 miles of spectacular beach on the Gulf of Mexico. There is a pool, dock, two tennis courts, and a recreation area complete with gas grills and picnic tables. It’s also conveniently close to The Village and the finest in dining, shopping, and recreation. This is a place that is great to walk and explore.
Parking is limited to 2 cars. No boats or trailers are permitted.


All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include but are not limited to credit card/debit card convenience fees and cancellation fees.

  3 sister in laws rented this location for a week. There were 3 different sleeping locations. A 5 minute walk to the white sands of Captiva and 5-10 minute walks to the Mucky Duck, great pizza and great Mexican fare. Convenient small grocery store is also a 5 minute stroll. We walked from our beach location towards South Seas location. Saw many osprey as well as some bald eagles.

  Stayed in this house for the second time and first time post hurricane Ian. The house is immaculate and perfectly set up, well stocked with beach essentials. The housing complex is also so beautiful and convenient to everything! It was pristine with everything is good working order. I can’t wait to come back again soon!   This property was perfect for a winter escape for our little family (parents, grandparents, 2 kids). The house was in good condition and most areas were nicely updated. The kitchen and island were so nice as was the large porch we could dine on! The management company was so helpful from the time we booked to a flawless check in to getting us an extra key ASAP when we needed it. Sunset Captiva is the perfect place for young kids, with easy access to the oool, beach, showers, grills, and tennis/pickleball courts. Great place! We hope to be back soon!

  My family and I really enjoyed this Captiva home. The location is probably the number one positive, as it's walking distance to the neighborhood pool, the private walkway to the beach, and also the main commercial area of Captiva with restaurants and shops. Barely used our car all week!
  
  A/C worked very well to keep the home cool on hot summer days. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. A bunch of beach gear (umbrellas/ tons of chairs) in the storage area underneath the home. All in all, great place for a quiet week at the beach with the fam!

  We have stayed at a few different properties in and out of Sunset Captiva for the past 5 years. We have stayed in this unit now twice. It suits our needs. It is always clean and close to the beach (where we spend the majority of our time). The staff at American realty are always helpful and professional. We would rent this property again.
